i-Land Shinjuku is just across the road from the Hilton Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, and just a few minutes walk from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. They have a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Great sushi and I can highly recommend the Ippudo ramen restaurant

Lots of restaurant options here (with English menus) that are quite good. However better quality restaurants in the Nomura building (on the opposite side of this one). Otherwise this is just a regular business tower.
