We are so thankful that Mori Arts Center was recommended. The view from the roof is amazing. The price is extremely reasonable. Plus, your admission includes a visit to the art gallery and any special exhibits. The extra, small fee for the rooftop view is...More

The museum had a show on catastrophe which was less than stimulating, but my daughter did get to write on Yoko Ono's wall in the exhibit which seems to have started in the 1960s. Worth a trip on a clear day.

This small museum in the 50th floor of the building has a small but very intense collection. Some pieces are just monumental and really interesting. Worth the quick visit. It opens till late.

I'm not an "art elite" by any means. I only went to the museum because the ticket to the observation deck included a visit. The show I saw was young artists, mostly video-based or other modern art styles. Very entertaining

52nd floor Jump Shoen manga anniversary if you're in to modern Japanese comics. Great view but observation deck closes with wind or rain. Main museum showing pink and Warhol pieces so seems like a great rainy day destination then go up the observatory at night...More

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
