When going to Odaiba, the modern town, you take Yurikamone from Shimbashi on Yamanote line. Good hotels and is served by regular shuttle bus.

This train is a great opportunity to discover the area around the former docklands and newly built areas on Tokyo bay. It travels over rainbow bridge is driverless (comparable to DLR in London) with the obligatory „driver seat“ experience available.
