Getting your Shinkansen tickets sorted is a breeze at this center. The staff are just excellent and they get things done hassle free and quickly.

This place is slightly faster at moving the queue but it means paying for the NEX or monorail to get to tokyo station first while it is covered under the JR pass. The haneda service center is incredibly slow and needs much improvement.
