We came here after arriving in the city and, since this park was located next to our hotel, we headed here to take a look. The park was not particularly well-taken care of, sakura had not bloomed yet and overall there was nothing really worth...More

By the water...the walk is really pleasant with fantastic views. Apparently its even better when the cherry blossoms bloom. I'll be back. Heading east out of Sakuranomiya gates is the better walk. Across the river is quieter too, if you want that

Don’t go unless it’s cherry blossom season, it’s a nice park but without the blossoms it wasn’t great. Close to a subway though!

Took the boat to cruise along the river. It was a hot day to wait in queue for the boat which comes free if you hold a one-day amazing Osaka pass. THe view was stunting though. Come early and maybe it will be more pleasant.

Went there after the Mint Museum Sakura pathway. Compared to the mint museum, this place has almost no crowd and yet there is still some Sakura blooming. There were also some beautiful azalea blossoms next to the baseball field. It’s a bit far from everything...More
