The ferris wheel on the top of the building is probably the only attraction in the building... Other than that there are a few other specialist shops and restaurants. Don't go unless you specifically want to ride the ferris wheel

Went there for the Ferris wheel ride, a short ride which affords a view of Sapporo. The building offers various quality food choices. So we had a gyoza in one restaurant; sushi at another, before settling down for dinner at a private room.

Take a ride on a raining day, only three visitors including me. It is a nice view and took 20 minutes. It should be nice at night, will go back again to try at night.

This is actually 7 floors of entertainment. On the lower floors are eating places, the shops upstairs sells manga and comic hero related stuff. There's a modern bowling centre on the 6th floor as well as an 'escape lockup' which looks promising. On the 7th...More

Arranged to go with my kids and it was average. Nothing much around there and Ferries Wheel was normal. My kids enjoyed though. Can give this a miss if you don't have time.

I was walking around and spotted this wheel on top of a building. So I went up the 7 th floor and saw it was only 600 yen. I jumped on and had a great view of the city. I wouldn't do it twice.
