Tasting of excellent cheeses accompanied by a good wine, focaccia and taralli. The wonderful burrata and tasty cheese. We appreciated the competence and kindness of Pietro who explained the cheeses to us. You must book for the visit and tasting or alternatively purchase the products in the store

We stopped by here just to buy some cheese and take home a bit of Puglia!! What should I tell you? Simply spectacular!! I took the three milk cacioricotta, the tasty one and the orecchiette (because they also have baked goods and vegetables), everyone at home was entranced by these authentic flavors of Puglia! It is no coincidence that they have won several awards!!

A wonderful experience!
A true family farm - five generations in the making! Our group of 5 toured with several other groups, but it was still very personal. Our guide,Daniela, part of the family was exceptional! Daniela’s understanding and grasp of what the farm does, and how she explained it, was truly remarkable! We were able to ask questions and interact directly with her. The cheese, making demonstration was something to see! As for the “tasting” it really was a full on lunch! Exceptional value! We enjoyed numerous hard cheeses, wonderfully baked bread and focaccia, and then had the star of the show…fresh mozzarella and buratta! Enjoyed with mineral water, and wine. It was completely worth the time and the money. I would recommend highly without reservation.
Go enjoy the morning, learn something and have a great time!

Daniela, our guide, was truely amazing in how much she knows about the farm. We asked a lot of questions, nothing was too much for her. We stayed there longer as foreseen and she kept on offering us amazing food and wine. Ofcourse the cheese was incredible, no words for that. I would recommend this experience to everyone!

We felt very welcome at this family farm. Pietro gave us an excellent tour of the farmyard and cheese making facilities as he explained what goes into the making of good cheese. We sampled a few of their cheeses with focaccia bread and wine. He also brought us some fava beans that they grow.

We were staying in a villa close by and thought to look in.
They have a lovely shop with local products - veg, mozzarella made on site, meat, salami, olive oil and small selection of wine.
We also had a tour of the mozzarella production which was fascinating.
We were then taken around the cow farm.
Very interesting process.
Great to support the local products and farmers.

Very extensive explanation of the fabrication of mozzarella. "Pietro" gives information from the history of the "Masseria Fragnita"through the production of milk products, specially the mozzarella, until the very generous testing of all the products. Thanks for letting us discover the hole process 😊

As 5 adults we visited this working Masseria where we were taken on the production journey from cows to mozzarella and buratta production. The guide was a member of the family, very knowledgeable and multi-lingual. Afterwards we were given a tasting board of 6 cheeses, cured meat, breads, wine plus freshly made mozzarella and burrata. An excellent experience that lasted around 2.5 hours.
