As part of our Barolo tour we visited this Grissini family business. Very warm welcome. Here you feel the family spirit. We all could make grissini ourselves and they explained the whole process. Nice shop next to it where you can buy several authentic products.

The texture and flavor of the grissini and breads from this family are worth the trip to Barolo. Try several different grissini and do your own taste comparison and I hope you agree.

I was visiting the Museum of wine in Barolo and wandered into the village afterwards. I strolled the quaint and quiet streets and found myself observing an artisan baker and his son setting up their production for the day. In this small work space they...More
