I learned of this great place through friends who had enjoyed their time at PerCorsi Culinari Cooking School. They were effusive in their descriptions of this program. Having now experienced it myself, even their enthusiasm didn't capture how wonderful this experience is. The itinerary offers the opportunity to learn about the culture, cuisine and history of this gorgeous, bountiful region. You don't have to be a chef, or even a foodie, to love this experience. But you will no doubt leave with a deep appreciation for the wonders of "slow food", local sourcing, and agri-tourism. The opportunity to meet the artists and entrepreneurs passionate about their wine, food, agriculture and culture is the best way to get to appreciate an area. My enthusiasm is even deeper because this program and small group business model is the creation of 2 young people who are fantastic "ambassadors" and entrepreneurs themselves. You won't be disappointed!.

Wow,wow, wow! Percorsi Culinari exceeded all expectations with a stay in an 18th beautiful 18th century villa, cooking classes, home cooked Italian meals prepared by Roseangela, visits to two wineries, visit to a cheese town, visit to Genoa for pesto making, boat ride along the Italian Riviera, visit to a chestnut farm and truffle hunting with a dog. This was cultural immersion at its very best. Marco and Carlotta planned our all inclusive culinary vacation and saw to our every need. I hope to return many many times and I highly recommend this experience. Gayle- Amery Wisconsin

It was a great experience in which to see Italy and learn about the culture and the people. Marco and Carlotta were great hosts and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the variety of activities, not only the cooking, but the trips to the wineries, chestnut farm, cheese aging place, and truffle hunting. The scenery was amazing!

If you want an amazing experience in Italy this is the trip for you. The countryside is beautiful, as are your hosts Marco and Carlotta. Everyday is so well planned out with a combination of cooking and fun. We did an ebike tour of the countryside and it was magical. I felt so pampered and well fed in this villa that was pristine. You should do this trip! Karen Osceola wi
