We saw the unusual geological formations on a lake cruise with 3 stops. The first stop with the hanging temple was the best. During the walk up to the temple, there was a hill that looked like a Buddha's head too. The second stop involved climbing up a narrow and dark cave passage but we chose not to get off the boat as it was raining then. The third stop was at a waterfall, where we walked a distance to a small clearing with local performances but that was a farce. Fortunately, the walk was quite good.

we visited Taining Danxia Landform in summer 2012. This is a world heritage cite in fujian province. We had a guide tour for this place and it took near 1.5 to visit the place. This is on of the best and amazing parks we have ever seen, which has its unique rocks with amazing holes within. There are lots of interesting places to see. We strongly recommend this place.
