Beautiful garden, it is near to where I live so I visit often at different times of year and there is always something to see. The cafe on site is excellent too. Even the grandchildren enjoy it. There are several areas, beautiful trees, a pond. A must see if you are in this area.

This garden is beautifully maintained and presented with a wealth of mature planting and boarders which are a joy to see. The Rose Restaurant is a must as the quality of the food is excellent and very reasonably priced too!

A really delightful garden with great variety in a very small area; divided up so that at no time did it feel the slightest crowded and provided interest after interest.

Well maintained , interesting planting and small garden by NT standards. Parking to visit can be a problem although there is now the Glove factory Studios large parking area which is a short walk away. Very good small restaurant which is extremely popular.

Lovely well maintained gardens. Not the type of place that you could come for a whole day, but nice for a walk around for an hour or so. There's a cafe that serves sit in food and takeaway drinks and ice creams. Unfortunately there's no bins so you have to take any rubbish away with you- e.g. Ice cream tubs... More

Courts Garden is not really signed at all from the road which is a shame because it is lovely. It has a lot of quite complex planting areas, many protected by hedges clipped in interesting shapes. We particularly liked the water lily pond and other water features. There is plenty of space for children to run around and it is... More

Though not a big garden, this is a must for garden lovers. Very interesting planting and garden design.

So enjoyed this delightful garden. Not enormous, but large enough for an interesting stroll around the various 'rooms'. Very peaceful, very accessible, flat terrain. Lots of seats to sit and enjoy ambiance. Gardeners working hard very enthusiastic and informative.

This time we came with a friend and our grandson. Thanks to him we discovered what he called the 'forest school' - a play area which is slightly quirky (using discarded metal baking dishes etc.). I liked the sheet for children on which they were encouraged to find Spring flowers that bees like.

The Courts is a lovely little 1930's garden which is quite small, but nicely laid out & worth a visit. The garden belongs to the National Trust and boasts a Lily pond, Arboretum, Kitchen Garden, a terraced garden & an Orchard to walk around and there's a nice little tea room where refreshments can be purchased although it is small...
