Six of us went on a three night, four day journey from Trincomalee to Arugam Bay on the Ocean Diamond last week (October 21 to 24, 2020). We had an extraordinarily good time. The crew were excellent in every way - they were attentive, good natured, capable and contributed positively to our experience. They seemed to thoroughly enjoy doing what they do and they approached everything with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. I wish I could name each and every one of the 14 strong crew as they each deserve praise but will have to do with citing the few names I can recall - the captain, Samitha, the chef, Shamin and the three F&B executives, Amal, Tharindu and Roshan. The facilities on board were very comfortable and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout. Congratulations to everyone involved in having created a most wonderful travel experience.…

We went for holidays to Sri Lanka and we booked a sailing trip on a Katamaran from the 3.rd of February 2020 until 7.th of February 2020. The crew under the captain Akalanka with Ishanka, Dev and Delipan did an excellent job. We went for whale watching, swimming, snorkeling, to the the city, visiting the temple and drove tuk-tuk. We even had the chance to join a ceremony. The crew always made sure that we can enjoy ourselves and this beautiful country to the fullest potential. The food served on the Katamaran was made fresh and with much love, fully delicious. It was such a great experience, the crew is lovely, responsible and very professional. The team is working great together, they are very friendly and welcoming. We definitely would join again and can highly recommend the trip with this crew. Thank you so much! We booked a Sail Lanka shared tour, because we didn't wanted to go with the overcrowded whale watching boats, and we didn't regret it. It was a great experience for my and my girlfriend. We saw about 5 whales in total, so we were really lucky I guess. The boat itself was pretty cool and comfy, the breakfast is more than enough. The only thing which was weird, that they only had fish and seafood for dinner, no chicken, no other option(as I don't like seafood or fish). But that's not a big deal. The "snorkeling place" where we stopped is not good for snorkeling because the water isn't that clear that you could see anything. But because of the whale watching part, it totally worth it.…

This company is nothing short of AMAZING and SUPERB value for money ! Everything, from the catamaran, to the crew, to the experience, to the food and even the activities was FABULOUS :-) I had the pleasure of setting sail on 26th January 2020 and my crew consisted of Vihanga, Viraj, PushpaKumar and the captain, Dhinesh. So polite and courteous and helpful and smiley ! We set off at 6:30am and within a couple of hours were happily watching many a blue whale and a couple of fin whales. Be ready with your camera because those magnificent, silvery bodies disappear in the flash of an eye . I was lucky enough to capture a whale-tail shot among many other marvelous captures. En-route to the whales we were fed breakfast which was so fresh and yummy. After the whales we switched off the engine and sailed through the Indian Ocean for a couple of hours (to Wellingama bay) and this was just amazing ... you can snooze and relax on the hammock or on the sun deck. Be sure to bring a LOT of sunblock because the Indian Ocean sun ain't messing around. Upon anchoring the Wellingama bay, we got plenty of time to swim around & paddle board and basically chill to the extreme. Paddle boards are provided but bring your own snorkel gear should you wish to. We were then treated to the most DELICIOUS lunch EVER ! Chef Pushpe is a fantastic cook and the portions were both generous and immensely satiating. After lunch we returned to the Mirissa harbor and i was quite sad to disembark. …
