It was cluttered early morning morning in harbour. But we got Happy whale watching team and we overcome all the ques.Good customer service and package. A++

I availed their service on 26.12 along with my mother and uncle. Really 'happy' with the whale watching tour and the on-board services offered (like medicine for sea sickness prevention, refreshments). Also,very helpful guys - they accommodated us at the very last minute as I was unsure of my trip after a long day at Yala.. Cheers folks. All the best :)

Indeed, one of the best experience I got in my lifetime. We were lucky enough to watch Blue whales and a Whale Shark!!!. The crew is awesome and friendly too. Excellent service. Thanks a lot. Highly recommend to anyone…..

I took the tour this morning 25.12. Almost nothing what I received as tour description matched reality. Tour was in total 4h only - description said 5h. There was only 1 crew member who was really looking for whales, the other were just there doing nothing. There were no cold drinks offered - description said it's included in the price. Luxury boat turned out to be old as hell. 15 lifeguards on board as per description - total of maybe 7 crew members. I was also offered free pick up and drop off - where we returned same tuk tuk driver from morning pick up demanded money for taking me back to the hotel!!! I called MHWW instantly and I was told that drop off is not included where I have this written on messenger :) I was cheated and this got me furious. I don't recommend this full of crap company, if you want good service avoid this tour operator.
