I enjoyed looking at collections - 251 million years ago during visiting the Dolomites, Unesco World Heritage. This is an authentic museum. This museum is divided 3 sections, the geological section, the archeological section and the new historical section. I liked the archeological section. We got the good explanation from the staff of the museum. 1 hour should be enough to enjoy all exhibits in the museum. I enjoyed imaging the life style of residents living in Dolomites. It is easy to find out it to Cadore.

This museum is in the picturesque town above where our hotel was in Caprile. We spent an informative morning here on a rainy day.
