St Peter’s Kerk, about a half-mile west of the fort, in the middle of the busy but tiny town is Dutch in origin although it now displays the architecture of the British, who rebuilt the church in 1840. Walk through the church and read the tomb/ memory stones embedded on the floor and walk into the small garden.

Church was painted and restored but no signage or descriptions to describe any of its history. Clearly from the period of the times in 1666 but needs a lot more conservation.

Great place to visit if you are a Christian and a nice place to visit if you are a non Christian, the architecture is unique and cannot be paralleled to other churches, it is nice serene place to visit when on vacation

It was a very nice and quiet place that yelled History to you. I enjoyed it a lot. If you like that kind of thing, it is a must do.

A reminder of past colonial times but the church is now derelict and is only of historical interest. Nevertheless worth a quick visit.

This was a small but interesting stop and well worth walking around trying to read as much as you can from the grave stones inside
