It was built on an old railway site, has already 24 km and keeps on growing. One can rent bicycles in different places and enjoy the fabulous landscape... But if you are like me and cannot ride a bike they have a kind of a double bike very stable... and of course you can walk or jogg.

I’ve walked through Pista Ciclabile Riva Ligure from Arma di Taggia to Sanremo, it’s not a long walk but it sure was priceless!
The conditions of the lane is impeccable! Super flat, well signaled, with no holes or obstacles in it’s way and it has an specific path for pedestrians and for bikers! So you can go either way.
The route I made was completely flat so you don’t have to have any preparation to make this walk.
The view on the whole route was AMAZING! every little bit of it was breathtaking! We’ve even stopped on a lovely cafe in the middle and had a panino and beers! Great moments! Totally recommend it!

Wonderful pathway to walk, bike, jog or rollerblade. The path takes you past lovely little towns. Plenty of places to rent bikes at various places along the route. Nolo bici and Mister Bike seemed to be the most prevalent

This “Pista cyclabile” still not completed. The former railroad track should have been converted to a bicycle road al long time ago, but is still far from complete. Obstructions with impractical bypasses remain at the villages of Taggia and San Lorenzo. In Imperia the route just stops without a safe way into the city.

They should keep it cleaner!
It's a good idea overall but they should keep it better...
There is a broken fountain...

This can't be missed. You will ride your bike on this incredible track so close to the sea, with galleries and with the sea wind hugging your face. Take some time in one of the café that you will find along the track. There are many bike rental shops, take a look to what you get, sometimes bikes rented are very old and do not function very well...

Nothing not to like. You're outside, the scenery is fantastic, you can stop every 100 metres or so for a drink or coffee or a snack. Great stuff.

Well, it is the place you want to be if you're a bicycle man. You don't have to be trained or an expert to like ciclyng on the seaside, without being bothered by cars, motorcicles, etc.
It's like a highway for bikes on the seaside, with a view.

The stretch that and between Arma di taggia and ‘bad I give us the unfinished work and and’ kept terrible not deserved the country that very nice. In psrte the big square on the sea last year was beautiful with the sea in front and free beach. Now ruined by umbrellas to bad choice destination that ruined the sea view from the square
