We spent a fantastic morning snorkelling with this company. Bruno was an excellent captain and looked after us very well. Worth every penny.

A fantastic way of spending four hours on this beautiful lagoon. Valentin was super helpful with his explanations of the lagoon, mangroves, wreck etc. Very well organized too. Highly recommend this.

We wanted to spend the last day of our holiday visiting the Mangroves and after much consideration we opted for Gwadaventure - basically because my hubby isn't a big fan of boat trips and their boat seemed a bit bigger. I booked online and paid in full - €207 for 4 adults. I received a confirmation email immediately, and the day before our trip I received another email with information for the day (where to find them, what time to arrive etc). However, upon arrival we were told that they never received the booking and the trip was full. They wanted me to claim a refund via the website, which I refused to do, and so the boss went off to a cash point and came back with the cash. To be fair to them, they were very apologetic and clearly quite mortified, but that wasn't much use to us. The last day of our trip should have been a highlight and instead was a big disappointment. Because it was the last day we couldn't rebook for another day, but in the circumstances I don't think we would have even if we could have. There was another trip that looked amazing, with Nico, and the only reason we decided against it was boat size. In hindsight we wished we had booked with them, as the photos looked amazing, they always responded instantly to emails and were far more professional. If it is important to you to turn up for your trip and get on it, then maybe try Nico's.

Comme nous vous l'avons expliqué !Explication en Anglais pourtant !) Vous n'êtes pas passé en direct chez Gwadaventure!! mais par le biais d'une centrale de réservation !
Je n'ai pas pu vous confirmer la veille votre sortie ( puisque ni votre adresse mail ni votre numéro de téléphone n'apparaissait dans mes réservations ..
Beug informatique erreure certes mais après l'avoir compris nous avons pris l'initiative de vous rembourser sur place et à nous de gérer ce problème ensuite avec la centrale de réservation
Vous avez été déçu et nous en sommes conscient ! Et nous dans l'ambarras..
Nous vous avons proposé de partir avec un autre prestataire et refus de votre part ...une note sévère et non approprié pour nous !
Notre professionnalisme est souvent cité dans nos commentaires et nos lecteurs comprendrons que ce n'est pas notre prestation qui est mise en cause ...

We took part to a trip at Gran Cul de Sac Marin with Bruno. Even if the group was fully French speaking and we were the only Italians, Bruno involved us - he speaks Italian as well - as part of the group.

We had great afternoon snorekelling and exploring mangroves with captain Rachelle. She spoke perfect English and even kept an eye on our kid when he didn´t dare snorkelling with us. We learned more than we hoped for and saw plenty of marine wildlife. They don´t speak english in the office, but will googletranslate answer if you email them and everybody is very friendly.

We had a great half-day out on the lagoon with Bruno. One English speaker on the boat (me) and the rest French but Bruno used his best English to explain everything. We snorkeled a wreck and a couple other places with our kids. Our daughter was scared at the first site but Bruno gave her a "floatie" with a window so she could see underwater. She was snorkelling perfectly on the second site and then we could not get her out of the water. Planteur on the floating bar and then back for an excellent lunch at the port restaurant recommended by Bruno. Merci Beaucoup!

nous sommes ravis que votre fille ai pris du plaisir avec notre bouée adaptée a ceux qui ne sont pas adepte au snorkeling !:) Une sortie qui vous a ravis jusq'ua la fin de la journée aprés notre conseil pour vous régaler les papilles ! que du bonheur pour vous et aussi pour nous en vous lisant ! un grand merci a vous et au plaisir de vous revoir!

We booked a half day trip in the 5th of January in 2021.
We had a great time!! Bruno (the captain) was a true professional! Music on board, explanations about the places we visited and the equipment for the snorkeling was provided).

It was a wondeful with Bruno, who is passionate.
We discovered all the treasure in Mangrove, Ilet Caret, Ilet aux oiseaux, Epave, Ilet Blanc.
This allow us to discocer wonderful starfishs 😍 and during the trip, he gave many explanatons about every sites.

Bonjour faites une sortie mangrove avec gwadaventure c est enrichissant et dépaysant. Sinon vous avez les rhumeries, je vous conseille également une plongée dans la réserve cousteau à Malendure, franchement impressionnant, et des petites criques comme petite anse pour le pmt. La cote sous le vent est bourrée de petites anses: à découvrir. Pour la végétation luxuriante dirigez vous sur la route de la traversée : la forêt tropicale avec rando possible. Bonne vacances.
