Small-group Marie-Galante Day Tour
Meet your guide at 8:00 am at the Bergevin ferry terminal for this guided tour. Your driver awaits you on arrival at the port of Grand-Bourg de Marie-Galante for a walk in the city, quickly followed by a visit to the ruins of the Roussel-Trianon House, a former sugar factory located north of Grand-Bourg. The day continues towards one of the three distilleries on the island. Open to the public in the morning from Monday to Saturday, the distilleries of Marie-Galante offer visitors the opportunity to discover their facilities and learn more about the different stages of rum making, not to mention the tastings! If time permits, we will stop at a craftsman to discover the local know-how. After the creole lunch (included in the visit), the afternoon will be spent relaxing and lazing on the Feuillère beach. Popular among kitesurfers, the latter, with its fine white sand, coconut trees and turquoise lagoon, really has it all. The return to Pointe-à-Pitre will take place at around 16:00 am.
