The four looped walks are lovely. Well laid out and suitable for all ages on foot or on bicycles. You can spend as long as you like there is this beautiful peaceful place walking all the loops or some of them

Yes, the joggers seem to park on one side of the bridge as there are no double yellows on the bridge. Or in Roundwood which is a 10 minute walk to Varty

Yep any vaguely off road bike will do it, the track is loose gravel with plastic matting in places
