My first impression of Dunbrody was a nice relaxed ambience as my husband and I were greeted by a very nice , helpful receptionist. She informed us we had been upgraded to a superior room and we headed off for a sightseeing tour as the room was still being cleaned. In return a different lady showed us to our room... More

Loved the stay in Dunbrody. The cookery course was really enjoyable, fun, informative and well organised. It was 5 days and included demonstrations, lots of recipes, cooking, tastings and tips. Definitely recommend.

A terrific day @ Dunbrody. Really enjoyed it and I will be back. Excellent cook demonstrating the recipes - Julien. Got a chance to cook and enjoy the food myself too and have made a few of the dishes @ home since. Lovely place in a beautiful part of Ireland.

Every expectation that I had about Dunbrody House and the cookery school was exceeded. Julien Clermot taught me both the vegetarian one day course and the five day master class and was superb in both. I was particularly impressed by his approach to the vegetarian one day class after he learned that one of our classmates was lactose intolerant just... More

My husband and I took the Seafood and Shellfish one day cooking class at Dunbrody house. It was amazing! Part of the day was watching and listening to our instructor, part was doing some of the work ourselves under the instructor's supervision and of course part was eating! All the seafood and fish was fresh (bought off the boat basically).... More
