Nice bonus that is located non the grounds of the hotel. It is very interesting with some good exhibits. Definitely a must see when in the area.

We thought it was well worth a visit and good value for money . 5 Euro for the visitor centre and coffee and a scone , excellent! Interesting holograms and lots of information . Beautiful building .

Many visitors to An Grianan of Aileach head straight to the fort, where there is very little information about the fort. Stopping off at the Old Church, would make a lot of sense and really out the entire area into context. Choose the €5 tea and scone entry fee, and you’ll be ready to head to the fort.
