Phi Phi Islands Adventure Day Trip with Seaview Lunch

551 reviews
Make the most of limited time in Thailand on a speedboat tour of the Phi Phi islands from Phuket. Traveling by speedboat means you spend less time at sea and more time exploring the white sands and crystal waters of the islands, home to the bay made famous by "The Beach." Enjoy free time to snorkel, sunbathe, and swim, and relish the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off in Phuket.

I live nearby in Chalong and was happy to find this place. Range ball prices are decent (60THB) per skid 50THB on Sat/Sun) and the short game area is an added 120THB, but has some decent targets and bunker areas. The practice green is ok, but a lot better than Phuket Country Club range (100THB per skid) and the putting green is always slow.

I visit the Phunaka Driving Range almost daily to practise my swing. It is very different from a european driving range. Dogs are roaming around, people carry your golf bag when you arrive and leave and also bring you golf balls. There is a short game area where you can practise the short game although the bunkers are in a really bad condition. You pay 60 baht per tray which is the cheapest on the island to my knowledge.

We drove to this course to play a round of golf, as it was listed as a cheaper option on the island. Unfortunately when we got there the staff told us the course is permanently closed. The driving range is still open, though we didn't bother to use it because we went to another course.

Very well maintained, fairways are kept nicely trimmed, greens also, and good in condition. I played this course three times with friends and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. Lots of par threes and a couple fours with lots of water a challenging course for a mid handicap player, but most of all we found it fun and had a laugh with the caddies. Thumbs up a must if your in Phuket.

Golf is an expensive past - time in Phuket but if you aren't a huge fan this is a good place to have a bit of fun . Not the best as far as being pristine but still a challenge .
