Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp started Muay Thai training camp in...

Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp started Muay Thai training camp in 2004 with a vision of bringing quality Muay Thai training to everyone. Although we started with just one ring, we now have seven boxing rings, an MMA cage, 36 workout stations and have over 40 Muay Thai trainers. We also have three incredible personal trainers devoted to various fitness specialties. They are also professional athletes. In addition, we are affiliated with Brazilian Top Team which is one of the most renowned Jui Jitsu gyms in the world. We are especially proud to have guests that return every year, including world champion trainers and fighters from WMC, Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, WBC, Bangkok TV and professional fighters from all over the world like Royce Gracie, Jon Fitch, Murilo Bustamante and Brian Ebersole just to name a few. What’s also nice is the amazing return rate of guests like yourself that make coming back to our camp an on-going tradition.Guests come here from all over the world with different fitness goals. We have won the award for the Best Gym for Foreigners two years in a row for 2010 and 2011.We have fighters who come here to improve technique and to prepare for upcoming fights, martial arts schools, vacationers, fitness fans, adventure junkies, and military personnel. At our camp getting fit is a priority. But we also know that finding time to relax and rejuvenating oneself is also important. Here you have the opportunity to explore places like Phi Phi Island, be awed by the Big Buddha, relax on the shores of one of many beautiful beaches. We are more than just a facility - it’s a place to reinvent yourself...a place to take a step out of the hustle of everyday life and figure out what’s really important.

Just a bit of context, I'm a 90s baby and I grew up when martial arts was in all forms of media in the states. Even though it was a beginner's class, I felt like I was living a childhood dream! For example, our instructor went by Mr.Miyagi! (Pretty sure it was a joke.) It's a small detail but it... More

I was told about camp by a family member and I thought he was over exaggerating. As I need to lose weight, I decided to go to Thailand alone to check out the Tiger camp. I am the most unfit person you can ever find. The week was torture but I had an aim to attend a minimum of 3... More

My 3rd time visiting TMT and this time I came with a few friends who wanted to visit after seeing that I had visited. There were about 12 of us, I stuck to my own schedule and occasionally trained with some of my travel mates. I didn't train a lot of group Muay Thai here this time round, as I... More

Took my 15 year old son to Tiger Muay Thai as he wanted to have 1on1 hourly class. He took 2 hour session. Really enjoyed the practice, the instructor is very patience to teach and train. He enjoyed very much. Good experience for self defense and exposure to martial art.

I had very high hopes for Tiger muay thai before visiting since they do such a great job marketing it. I visited the camp for over 4 months , was mostly there for the muay thai and mma classes but I got the All-inclusive package thinking I would be saving money , this wasn't the case though as the class... I took a few intermediate classes and was very dissapointed as the trainers showed no interest in improving my technique. I signed up for a private session, hoping I would get proper instruction but alas. All I got was a pad session. I asked the trainer multiple times what I could be doing better, as I've only had little experience... More

My boyfriend and I visited Tiger for 1 month at the end of March/ beginning of April. Our experience was mixed. Our first impressions were terrible. We were being checked in by the lady that I believe is the reception manager, and we politely queried something about the meal vouchers that she was in the process of issuing. She immediately... I was training MMA and BJJ in my home country. I was joining weekly All-inclusive class for 4400baht plus tax. The coaches are very skillful and also bring me a different technical formy martial art skill. The infrastructure is just rebuild so everything is quite new down there, especially MMA&BJJ training facility. For those don't like punching people, they also... More

I'm giving the one on onr training 4 stars. I trained here for 3 months. However, you should be aware of the reception staff... some of them are illiterate, rude, offensive and darn right unhelpful. I wont name and shame them. They made me feel very unwelcome. If it had nir been fir my instructor i wiuld have voted eith... More
