I would like to take a moment and commend Delphine and her unprecedented commitment to client care & customer service. I recently completed two separate week long Bareboat Charters in southern Thailand with Sweet Dreamers. This somewhat typical activity became untypical as COVID 19 restrictions began to change daily without much notice in Thailand last month. Delphine and I worked together adjusting dates and trip scheduling to make these charters workout. She was available & with me all the way through until I had tied up the second boat safely back at Yacht Haven my last day on the water. If your looking to make a Bareboat Charter in Thailand I would highly recommend reaching out to Sweet Dreamers. From concept & 1st contact to final return & handover my family and I have been amazed at the level of personal care Delphine has given us. Thank you and have a great day.

This company is quite remarkable. I mean just outstanding. Igor has gone way beyond the call of duty. He has done much more than he needed to do. I could not be more impressed. Quite remarkable what they have done.
Due to Covid, we cancelled a trip and technically and fairly Sweet Dreamers could have kept the deposit. Yet 4 months later we wrote to say that we wanted to do the charter in August and they arranged everything to make it happen.
Sweet Dreamers deserve all the credit they get. They are the best in the business and I say this after chartering 4 yachts from different charter companies.
We have not been on the trip yet so I will write a review of the trip on our return on 31/08. But I hope this review will help others to feel they made the right decision to use Sweet Dreamers. We could not be more impressed.

My family and I had another great bareboat charter booked with SweetDreamers this year. This was our 3rd charter in 2 years with SweetDreamers and the service remains excellent on all levels. Fast responses to questions and friendly, helpful guidance come to mind directly. Delphine is lovely person to organize a trip and conduct business with. She is direct and hassle free with my experience of 3 charters each 1 week long in the Phuket & Phang Nga Bay areas of southern Thailand. Thank you so much for making it easy!

We’ve chartered yachts before and knew what to expect from the natural beauty of the region. However, what surprised us was the unprecedented level of support and guidance provided by Adam at the start of our charter. Adam made sure our holiday started off on a high and things just got better from there.

Wanted to thank Delphine and her team for helping to organise this awesome day trip for us!
It has been a perfect experience for us from the beginning, with very efficient and quick responses during the booking process, as well as great service on the day for the boat that we selected!
We have organised this trip for our friends on the following day after our wedding in Phuket, and it has turned out to be just an ideal solution for us to have a great time and relax in a group of our closest people.
Delphine has been outstanding and helped to arrange a few extra perks for us on our day, like extra beers and some sparkling wine to celebrate our wedding :) which was super nice of her to do and we appreciate this very much!
On top of this she also helped to arrange a multiple location pick up for all of our guests from different hotels in the area, which itself was a very tricky task.
We have selected the Azure-3 boat and went to Racha Noi and Racha Yai islands. The team of the boat that we selected was super friendly as well, and helped to take some great photos for all of us on the day, including a ton of great underwater shots, beach pics as well as jumping of the boat videos!
We had a chance to have a long stop at one of the wild beaches of Racha Noi, one stop at a fabulous rock formation on the other side of the same island and a 1-hour visit to Racha Yai resort beach.
Overall a perfect experience that helped us and all of our friends to enjoy Phuket to the max. It made our trip even more memorable for everyone in addition to our wedding celebration the day before :)

We spent 8 hours on a NEW catamaran touring different islands around Phuket. We started at a small island called Honeymoon Bay, I liked that one a lot because it was very private and small, water was great to snorkel. We then went to the famous Maya Bay, which is way over crowded with boats, you have to pay to go on the beach, and you can't really swim freely there, but a pretty site. We also went to Monkey beach, which I LOVED!!!!! Bring some bananas if you can it is fun to feed them. There are a TON of little monkeys hanging out on the beach, and the water is great there too for snorkeling!
Last stop was Bamboo Island, which has a HUGE beach, but you have to pay to go on it. We just snorkeled all around, as that offered the best snorkeling out of all the sites we went to!
Our Staff was AMAZING! Very friendly, kind, helpful, taught you things, and made a fabulous Thai lunch. Make sure to wear more sunscreen than you think you need...
Last stop was Bamboo Island, which has a HUGE beach, but you have to pay to go on it. We just snorkeled all around, as that offered the best snorkeling out of all the sites we went to!

"Relaxation" is the theme on board the intimate sail boat "Nadezhda" - destination: Coral Island!
Promptly picked up from our hotel at 10.30am for an 11am departure - we were greeted by Delphine and a brisk walk up the jetty to the boat where we met Captain Igor! 3 couples on board plus the Captain.
We enjoyed a leisurely ride from the marina to the first snorkeling location - it was an overcast day so visibility was lower, but nonetheless there were fish & coral everywhere to be seen. We snorkeled for about 20minutes whilst Igor prepared lunch and swam back to the boat for some refreshments (soft drinks and water are complimentary - beer is available at an extra cost).
Igor prepared a delicious lunch complete with curry, stir fry and fried rice (advise them if you have food allergies and they are only happy to supplement) - Igor is a vegan, so vegans can rejoice!!
Then onto the fabulous Coral Island - the sun came out & the fish were everywhere (and hungry too) - Igor brings along his bananas and bread for the fish to eat, throwing them in front of you whilst you are snorkeling and watch as a swarm of small hungry fish surround you! Don't worry they swim away if you make to much movement - grab some fruit and hold it in front you whilst you snorkel and you can watch them come up and eat out of your hand!!
We then move on to our last beautiful island, Banana Island, for a snorkel and a beer under the trees - what a day!
Igor is a hoot - great sense of humour and loves his work! Ask him about his stories sailing his boat Nadezhda from Australia to Singapore!!!
Thanks to Igor for such a brilliant day - will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Phuket - see you soon!!!

We really rate Sweet Dreamers as the highlight of our trip to Phuket. Igor and Delphine run such a wonderful tour, they really know what their customers want.
We were picked up on time at our hotel with Delphine and transferred directly to Chalong Pier where we met Igor. Both of them smiling all the time.
Igor's Yacht is simply gorgeous, small and intimate. There is ample seating for all 6 guests. And most are in the shade if you prefer protection. Igor is the most thoughtful host, always making sure we are comfortable and hydrated.
We stopped for a swim in the middle of the ocean on our way to Bon Island, jumping off the boat into the ocean was so refreshing. We stopped at Bon Island to eat lunch and were given the option to ride the dinghy to the beach or to swim, we choose to snorkel and it was amazing to see so many fish and coral. We had a lovely lunch of local curries, with a vegetarian option.
Our second stop was to feed fish and snorkel again at Coral Island, I've never seen so many fish in my life! It was the most amazing experience.
Our third and final destination was Banana Beach, more snorkelling and a stop on the local beach for a drink at the bar. This beach is very busy in the day but Igor plans it so that you arrive after the crowds.
We were lucky to have such a great group of people to travel with, but I think Igor could get a smile out of the grumpiest person.
You sail back to the pier whilst the sun sets. Honestly, is there a better way to end the day?
We cannot wait to come back to Phuket and spend another day with our good friends Igor and Delphine.

We had booked and paid for a day trip with SweetDreamers Sailers 2weeks before we arrived to Phuket. And we also confirmed with them by e-mail the night before the trip.
We got a "trip cancellation" e-mail from them 2hrs before the trip scheduled pick up. Whatever reason that is, it's totally unacceptable !!
Yes, SweetDreamers Sailers had given us the reason in their e-mail -- why the cancellation of the trip ?
And yes, I agree that everybody has unexpected illness or emergency. Everybody needs day-off/rest/recharge.
But if a business is a well organized professional, they will always have a back up plan for emergency. Something like -- to have an on-call/back up employee for certain important position... even it costs a little more $ for the employer.
Most clients that make bookings are traveling a long way, people needed plenty of time to plan a vacation. And clients will have high expectation on your reliability. As clients, we do not accept getting stood up for an important date because one of your employee has unexpected illness.
Our day got screwed up for a while. But lucky us, our vacation did not get ruined because of that. We still had had a wonderful time in Phuket. Good karma !

Hello,
SweetDreamers company is a small company with one thai captain and Igor the manager on board. We operate since 2 years. Igor is the person who make the trip memorable. We have a thai captain but he cannot go alone on our trip without Igor if it would be the case, we would not get so many happy customers.
This day what you speak about (the day of the cancellation), we called all our customers and send also an email to inform them that we have to cancel the trip. We got 6 customers on this day, the 4 other customers understood the situation and even sent us a message of support, thanks to them. Some people are more understanding than others. We have refund them all.
For your information, it was not our employee who got health problem but Igor himself who manage the boat and does his best to give a great day to our customers. Igor got back problem and could not walked properly, our customers of the day after can confirm because they saw how Igor was. We are human and not machine, something like that happen very rarely but it's happen. Your complain is not fair.
We are very well organize company and we have just one boat. You will not find one small company around who employ someone who stay at home all year around and wait that something like that happen 1 time per year to go to work. You are not realistic. Igor is the person who give happiness on each trip, he give 100% from himself for every trip to make people happy, he care to every person on board, have fun with them. We have no benefit and we loose money to cancel this trip so we did not cancelled this trip just for fun, it's because we got not other choice. We completely understand that people can be disappointed and it's fun for nobody. We prefer loose money and refund our customers when something like that happen than to keep the money and let our customers go on our boat with another person and they spend a bad day. The most people understand this situation and don't judge badly.
Thank you to all our customers who support us. Them they know how we work. And if we have so many good reviews it's because we give our best.

We spent a glorious day sailing with Igor and Ali after being picked up from our hotel by Delphine. Everything was very well organised and the day was a highlight of our trip to Thailand.
Our 3 boys (aged 8, 6 and 5) rated our day trip 10/10 and particularly enjoyed jumping from the boat, our picnic lunch and the great snorkelling. Igor was fun and patient and allowed them all to help with the rigging, steering etc.
A wonderful day - we will do it again the next time we visit!

Is it cheaper to buy beer/liquor/bubbly ourselves before we get on the boat? Or is it cheaper to just have the charter company purchase it for us?

We were told it was cheaper to bring your own aboard the boat, so that is what we did. There a tons of 7/11s near the port that you can purchase before you get on.
