Nina's Cars makes your vacations and allow you to meet real people Nina's Cars is located in Chalong Bay, south of Phuket Island, in a small street leading to Chalong Pier. It is a quiet place surrounded by greenery, away from the hectic city life. The family business was established ten years ago and renamed in 2009 when we bought it. Main activity is the rental of vehicles: motorcycles and cars. Nina's Cars has 100 bikes / scooters and 35 cars that meet our customers' expectations. All our vehicles are functional, insured, well maintained and reliable. Historically and by our location, we work with a lot of 'Sailors' settled on their boats or traveling the world, who need a vehicle to visit the island of Phuket but also carry their supplies, their sails and their tools. In recent years, we have become the French reference. Our requirement for the quality of our services has been proven with many customers whose satisfaction remains our top priority. In addition to developing our business car hire, we want to be available to help you discovering this part of Phuket on unbeaten tracks but also involve other services such as assistance in organizing your travels, and create a meeting place. Outstanding service. Hassle free rentals with my options. If you are looking for a family run company that provides an appropriate price and insured bikes and cars then look no further. Nina’s will look after you, just remember to do the right thing in return😊

Hired a car for 3 days because it was available only for that period.
Very polite and welcoming at the beginning.
Car was very good.
He informed that the car should be returned before 5 pm ( although I took it at 10am and paid full day).
He also said that if not possible bring it before 8:30 am for the next customer.
On the third day we took the car back at 9:45 pm.
He was very rude and very confrontational.
He denied telling me about the late return.
We had an argument about the security money I paid but he denied taking it.
Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a receipt because he was so nice at the beginning.
If you end up renting make sure everything thing agreed is recorded in writing and take receipts for anything you pay.

I rented a toyota vios from Ninas. They drove the car to the hotel, all the terms and condition were very clear. They seem to be a smaller scale rental company which I really appreciate as they are very friendly people. On the first day there was a very small issue with the car and the immediately replaced it with another car for me with basically zero hassles. I really appreciate their flexibility and it almost feels like I was renting a car from a friend rather than a company. I could feel the mutual trust between the parties. I even left a nice tip for them to thank them for their service. 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to rent a car in Phuket!

I have rented scooters from Nina's Cars for more than 12 months. The bikes are well serviced and in good condition. I have not had one problem. The owners and manageress are very pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. Location is great too on the main road 4024 to/from Ra Wai beach. Thoroughly recommended.

We hired a car from this company for the last two weeks of October 2017. From start to finish they were brilliant. We felt that they were very honest and reliable. There were no hidden charges which was very reassuring. They dropped off and collected the car for a minimal cost and the rental price was very competitive. We will not hesitate to use them again and feel confident in recommending them to others.

Renting a car in Thailand from a local company can be a bit hit and miss (as we know from personal experience) but that is definitely not the case with Nina's Cars, who are fantastic in every respect. In fact the service and the quality of their vehicles easily rivals that of the International care rental companies. Better in many respects. Furthermore, their vehicles come with FULL insurance, which is definitely not the case with many car rental companies in Thailand. BEWARE, as this is often hidden in the small print, and you are only made aware of it when collecting the vehicle. It usually comes at a significant extra cost. Not at Nina's Cars.
The service was absolutely exemplary from the minute we first made our email enquiry about renting a vehicle, to the minute we handed the vehicle back at the end of our 3 week holiday.
We chose the deliver and collect from hotel, which costs slightly more but was well worth it as we did not have the hassle of having to pick-up and drop-off at the start and end of our holiday. The process worked perfectly and the car was delivered and collected exactly as promised.
We rented a Honda Jazz, which was just a few months old and in perfect condition. Not only that it arrived fully valeted and fuelled, which is not always the case in this part of the world.
We cannot speak more highly of this company (its family owned), the team, or the vehicles. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to rent again when we next visit Phuket.

We did lots of car hire research before we left for our recent trip to Phuket and by the time we landed in Phuket decided Nina’s cars was the best option . We were not disappointed, the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We hired a Toyota Hi-lux for 12 of our 14 day stay, March 2019. Nina’s brought the car to the hotel where we signed the paperwork, checked the car over with the representative and we were good to go. Nina’s gave us a contact number to ring at anytime in case of problems or if we were involved in an accident. The whole experience was very professional and we felt confident we were hiring from a reputable company, something I understand is not always the case in Thailand. Our car was in excellent condition, clean and fairly new. We feel that hiring the car really enhanced our trip to Phuket, getting out and about. Some of the roads in Phuket are crazy but my hubby and 2 children all drove and said the driving was fine, my hubby actually said he liked the driving , it’s strange as although the roads and traffic appear crazy we did not see one instance of road rage , everyone just seemed to get on with it and were respectful of other drivers.

Found the companies web site not working correctly so had a slightly anxious feeling about them but having read the reviews emailed them explaining I was having problems.
My misgivings were completely blown away when I received a polite professional reply from Michel, which enabled me to pay a deposit and book the car of my choice to be delivered to the villa we had rented in Nai Harn.
The car arrived exactly on time being delivered by Michel himself. Michel speaks perfect English and was possibly the nicest car rental person I have ever met, not once did he try and sell me extras, in fact you could say he was on my side, inviting me to take photos/video of the car so there could be no allegations/questions re damage etc on its return. He gave me good advice as to what to do in the case of an accident, fortunately not required, although I would suggest you also ask for the location of the nearest Gasoline provider to your accommodation for the tank full on return provision.
The car itself was clean with efficient air con and after a day of getting used to (automatic gear box tackling the steep hills) was not a problem whatsoever.
Having driven around the area, I noticed numerous car hire signs hanging from small poor looking premises, that did not inspire confidence and when you appreciate that a number of the local 4 & 5 star hotels recommend Nina's Car Hire, I personally do not think you can go wrong with hiring from this company and should you be doing it from Europe for a period in the future, it will just be one other thing you can rest assured about so as to direct your worries somewhere else. Both the company and personel are Highly recommended.

We recently rented a 7-seater car from Nina's Cars to drive around Phuket. From the point of booking and the return of the car, it was a very pleasant experience. Michel and his son Yann were very professional in handling enquiries, delivery and collection of the car were punctual and straight forward. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who wish to rent a car/motorcycle in Phuket.

Bonjour, pour louer un scooter faut-il le permis moto? C’est d’office des 125Cc où est-il faisable d’avoir des 50cc? Peut-on rouler à trois sur un scooter? 1 adulte 2 enfants?
J’ai loupé mon avion ✈️! Il a gardé mon passeport pour des éraflures imaginaires sur un vieux scooter que j’avais loué ! C’est vraiment incroyable d’être de mauvaise foi ! Allez louer chez les thaïs au moins , eux sont honnêtes. J’ai du repayé un billet d’avion , il a fallu que ma famille m’envoie un mandat cash western union pour payer sa fausse facture salée ! 15.000 baht ! 350 euros 💶 c’est injuste
I missed my plane! He kept my passport for imaginary scratches on an old scooter I rented! It's really amazing to be in bad faith! Go and rent at the Thais at least, they are honest. I had to pay a plane ticket, it took my family sent me a cash mandate western union to pay his fake salty bill! 15,000 baht! 350 euros 💶 it's unfair

un comique!
Premièrement nous sommes les seuls à ne pas garder les passeport et ça tout nos client le savent, de plus nous sommes les seuls à proposer des assurances professionnelles pour la location de deux roues sur l’île de Phuket et aucun de nos scooter n’a plus de 4 ans donc pas de « vieux scooter » ton message n’est pas crédible mais nous savons bien que la réussite crée des jaloux!
Deuxièmement:
On vas savoir qui tu est, c’est pas parce que tu a créé un compte à la vas vite sur TripAdvisor pour nous mettre un post imaginaire qu’on ne trouvera pas d’informations!
Troisièmement:
Quand on aura nom et prénom une plainte sera déposer pour diffamation ce qui est passible d’une peine de prison ici et ou interdiction du territoire.
