The setting is small but well thought out and most relaxing to many senses . Catherine is intuitive and seems to know areas of difficulty and works on them, i felt that Catherine was all around me as i never sensed her moving from one side of my body to another...it was a seamless immersive experience.... she is a lovely lady who puts you at your ease...the massages i had were therapeutic and i felt a lightness of body and spirit that helped me enjoy my stay in Montagnac even more!... A soothing, relaxing, gentle massage resulting in a state of tranquility. Body contact is important during a massage and she excels at maintaining touch almost throughout, even while oils are applied. Long gentle strokes and uplifting stretches add to the already pleasant aroma and ambiance of sedate spa music. Friendly, professional, definitely recommended but be wary, this is not a deep tissue or sports massage environment, the focus is on relaxation and well being – as the name implies.…

Moi et mon mari sommes allés au Grain de Zen à Montagnac pour des massages en visitant notre famille. Catherine est vraiment calme et professionelle et elle a fait des massages en profoundeur sur nous deux. Elle fait tous types de massage selon vos besoins et je recommande vivement une visite chez elle! My husband and I went to Grain de Zen whilst visiting family in Montagnac. Catherine has a lovely calm energy and is extremely professional and she did amazingly thorough massages on both of us. We felt amazing afterwards!
