The views are marvelous, the monastery itself picturesque, although closed most of the times. THe drive up the hill is very steep - be careful.

Hiking to the hill of the monastery of Aghios Antonios may not be the easiest thing, but totally worths it! During the summer, the monastery is open to visit. Even if you find it closed, the views to Naxos and to the coastline of Paros...More

You can walk up from Marpissa, it is not hard to reach, the views are stunning, totally worth visiting.

This is a somewhat hard to reach place but absolutely worth the drive up for sunset viewing! Road is marked and every local will readily direct you in case you miss the turn from village. Located on top of the locally highest hill, the drive...More
