位於彰化市的省道旁邊，是一座小小的廟宇。但是建廟的歷史已經兩三百年了，平時香火不斷。主祀玄天上帝。小時候住在附近，常常都會有酬神的布袋戲和露天電影可以看。在那缺乏娛樂的年代，雖然演的戲不是很精緻，但還是看得趣味盎然。
