A narrow streach alongside with the river, we were 4, and going in the car. On our way down to that hot spring we found a kid named shahid(may be). He was comming from school and we gave him lift to his village. The road was rough, mud paved so we were experiencing the off road dramma over there with... More

Absolutely nonsence to go there. Too small pool in tiny temple. Not suitable for women as there were many local youngsters staring at you. Taxi from McLeod there costs approx 2500 rupies... Complete waste of money. Kangra fort close like 45 minutes from there deserves some attention due to nice views to the valley but hot springs are complete waste... More

Although not very prominent, they hold charm. More or less it is visited by foreigners who spent time there. But a very nice secluded spot for picnics and a silent river flowing besides. DO this on the way to Masroor temples.

Isolated in the hills this beautiful temple is a joy of its own specially in winters. It is a must for adventure seekers who can also enjoy the river streaming closeby.

My experience was different to the previous review. Women and children were bathing in the main open pool whilst men waited respectfully for their turn. I was welcome to bathe in the main pool with the other women. It was very quiet and full of peace. As the lovely man in the chai shop said 'Shanti Shanti'.

...it's really not a pleasant place for women to visit. Men can bathe in the main part of the baths, but women have a closed off little side room which is quite unpleasant and dirty. The walls of the bath are covered in black algae and so the water is also full of algae. Plus the temperature of the women's... More
