からすみの品質がいい

からすみは店内の奥の左側の冷蔵庫に入っています。

からすみは半生タイプで、塩加減が薄くて素材の味がしてとても美味しかったです。

綺麗にラッピングしてくれるので、友人へのお土産にもぴったりです。

他の店ではこんなに安く買えません。

からすみ目当てに。

からすみを買うなら有名どころが多々あるが今回はこちらに。
店内の奥左手の冷蔵庫にあります、リーズナブルな150g 450NTDからあります。
色々と日本語が話せる、店主らしき爺さんと相談しつつ購入。
クレジットカードが使えるので便利ですが、AMEXは不可、VISAやmasterが使えます。
さて包んでもらっている最中ふと金華ハムのパックが売っているじゃないですか、骨付きの生ハムの様です。とても美味しそうです。
爺さんに機内に持ち込めるかな？と聞いて見たところ、親戚から貰ったって言えば平気じゃない？とのこと。
本当か？と思ったけど、手荷物なら気付かれないかも知れないけど本来なら検疫しなくちゃいけないよね。爺さん。
お土産に買おうとする人いないだろうけど昔の人はおおらかだな。

台北のお土産にお勧め　カラスミの購入はいつもここ。日本語対応可。品質がいいです。お店の見た目なんとなくなんでもおいてて大丈夫かと思うも問題なしです。他にも花生糖もおすすめ。

友人が農林水果行に行きたい！と言うので、せっかくなのでカラスミで有名な五中行にも寄りました。
サイズ別で100グラム500元、600元、700元で計量後金額が決まります。
500元の品を選び計量して600元位だった様な(失念)
包装後の五宗行の紙の裏にカラスミの上手な食べ方が記載されています。
私は、カラスミ通では無いですが迪化街の有名なカラスミ屋さんで数回購入していますが、五中行のカラスミの方が柔らかい気がします。炙ってスライスした大根で挟みあっという間に食べちゃいました。
私がカラスミを見ている間に友人は店内を物色。色々な菓子を購入。
なかなか面白かったり、美味しかったりで良いらしいです。
友人は次回も農林水果行、五中行のコースで行きたいそうなので次回もリピ決定
私も次回はカラスミだけでは無く、お菓子も買おうかしら

カラスミの専門問屋さんということでこちらでふりかけタイプのものを購入。こちらは塩気が少なく腹のままのタイプより風味も少ない。腹のままのタイプもかなり他の百貨店などよりお手頃価格だと思う。

からすみを買いに

からすみを買いに行きました。
お店の一番奥にからすみが入った冷蔵庫があり、日本語でおじいちゃんが「からすみ？」と聞いてきて案内してくれます。おおきいの？ちいさいの？と聞かれてちいさいのと答えると冷蔵庫から小さいパックをいっぱい出してテーブルに並べてくれます。
選んで、と言われますがどれがよいかわからないので選んでもらいました。
まだ食べていませんが、有名店なので楽しみです。

西門駅から徒歩5分の立地のいいところにあります。

カラスミのシーズンでない時に行きましたが、大きなカラスミがいくつもあり、グラム単位で量り売りで売っていました。味は美味しかったです。店主は日本語ができるのと、西門駅から近いので、最終日の時間がなくてすぐにカラスミを買いたい時には重宝しています。

カラスミを買いに！

日本語堪能な女将が仕切っています。今日はカラスミ目当てに行きました。一般食料品も取り扱っていますが、奥の冷蔵庫には、極上のカラスミがあふれかえっています。グラム単位の価格で販売してくれ、大きいサイズから小さいサイズまで、予算に応じて商品を提供してくれます。
外見は単なる食料品店ですが、カラスミには絶対的な自信があるようで、入口にも大きな手書き看板が！！！！
親切な取扱い方も一緒に案内してくれ、今日も美味しく頂いています。
