Reminds me of "The Grove" in Southern California combined with "Smorgasburg" and "Industry Park" in Brooklyn, but on a much smaller scale. It's an indoor mall with etsy-like artisan shops, cool coffeehouse vibes, and a huge food court, with outdoor farmer's market as well.
