Visited with my 2 teens and they liked it! It was a rainy day so no wait time for the ride! However, we didn’t get to see the lake scenery clearly. Overall, it was a nice experience!

We took the crystal bottom gondola ride. It's not a very look ride from the bottom to the top. Very scenic, great views of the lake. The line to get on the gondola can be long. You can purchase one way, round trip or tickets...More

Unless you are going to the aboriginal theme park, the cable car by itself is a complete rip off. It costs 300 per adult for a return trip to the other end. And what is at the other end? A few shops and toilets, and...More

When visiting sun moon lake in Taiwan. You should definitely take the cable car and see the aborigines village. Taiwan has such a vibrant culture. Its such a enjoyable and learning experience.
