Sun Moon Lake Station lies to the south east of Sun Moon Lake, the north of Ita Thao community, and the west of Youth Activity Center.The Ropeway incorporates water, land, and air and merges the two characteristic tourist attractions in Taiwan. It takes about 30 minutes to drive between F.A.C.V. and Sun Moon Lake; it is now shortened to 6.8 minutes by taking the Ropeway.

A must do in Sun Moon Lake, the views are both astonishing and break-taking. The rides are also enjoyable with stable speed and comfortable sitting. The crystal cable cart with crystal ground to view under the feet are playful too.

Very good views of sun moon lake area . We visited in March when cherry blossoms at the carpark was in full bloom! But there was nothing at the other side as we weren’t interested in Formosa village. Just once is enough !

elegant cable cars in Yuchi Township ropeway has two stations and good views of Mount Maolan Puli basins and impressive lake views it is in Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village where you can get souvenirs snacks etc. cost 300 NTD

nice view along the way riding the crystal view cabin cable car. go on the weekday to avoid the crowd. a must take with a video.

The journey was a truly amazing. It is rather steep journey going up and coming down. Final destination was at the lake, crowded with people taking picture and queuing for the cable car. With the glass bottom carriage, you could enjoy the scenic more.
