Had the best time with Chad on the beautiful waters of Sun Moon Lake. Such an amazing experience to wake up at 5am and be in such a peaceful setting away from everything and at one with nature and the water. Chad was a great guide. Wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time with Sunmoonlake SUP this morning. The scenery was beautiful as the sun rose, the water was smooth and tranquil, and our guide Chad is a very cool guy who has travelled to many interesting places around the world. He shared with us entertaining vivid stories of growing up as a child at Sun Moon Lake. It was an excellent way to understand Taiwan from a local’s point of view, how it has evolved and the aspirations of the new generation. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience, we are so grateful! Highly recommended for anyone who visits sun moon lake, what better way to get to know the lake intimately than to glide across her glistening waters.

一行四個女生第一次體驗SUP，沒有水上運動經驗也可以玩！在日月潭中心看日出，非常難忘，也非常感謝阿德教練的講解和分享！而且教練幫我們拍了許多好看的照片，非常難忘！
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sunmoon lake! this is surely a once in a lifetime experience and a unique way of experiencing the beauty of Sunmoon lake. Very reasonably priced too! Thank you!!

Waking up early for the sunrise was worth it! It was a beautiful way to explore Sun Moon Lake, so peaceful! The guide, Chad, was great at explaining the features and traditions of Sun Moon Lake. I would highly recommend this tour! I had never been stand up paddle boarding before and it was easy to learn and a great experience!

We had a relaxing ~3 hour tour around the "Moon" part of the lake. The sun was shining and SML was showing off its best side. Our guide Chad kept us entertained and explained to us the history and traditions. Half way through we made a stop on a "water-restaurant" for refreshment.

The weather did not want to cooperate, but Chad, the instructor, made the experience great. He even gave me a discount because of the weather conditions. I met him at the hostel he owns at 5 am and we were out on the lake fairly quickly. I would recommend staying at his hostel or somewhere close because there are limited transportation options that early in the morning. When we went out, it was sprinkling, and the rain got slightly heavier during the session but it was still amazing. The only downside was that it was so foggy that I did not get to see the sunrise. But it's Taiwan's rainy season, so that is to be expected.
I was the only one signed up for this session, so I got a great private lesson. Chad was very experienced in SUP and knowledgeable about Sun Moon Lake's history and many other parts of Taiwan. I really enjoyed talking to him, and the paddleboarding around the lake was still beautiful even though the weather wasn't great. He took great pictures, and got them to me right away, even though he said it would be in a couple days. Would totally recommend this experience! Even in the rain, but especially in the nice weather!

First time trying stand up Paddleboarding, absolutely loved it, despite falling in a bit. Well worth waking up early to see the stunning sunrise and the misty mountains while the lake was empty and calm. A much more natural experience than the tour boats, no noise, no pollution, and a really knowledgeable guide, who made us feel very welcome and gave loads of great advice and local stories in perfect English. Small groups, well organised and very patient with beginners.
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a more adventurous and rewarding way to see this beautiful area.

I have been to Sun Moon Lake several times, but it’s the first time I can be so close to the nature and reach the most peaceful level in my mind. I really like the professional attitude of the coach and the environment here.
The coach share many things in this area, the history, the visitors, and small equipment on the lake. We watched the sunrise and enjoyed surrounding by those wonderful mountains so much that we don’t want to return.

老闆非常專業，對於第一次玩的人非常適合來這邊玩挑浪板，從坐著滑ㄧ直到站著滑或是躺著滑都超級好玩！看日出的行程景色非常漂亮，非常推薦來玩！
