It's my second time revisiting the site. Unfortunately, the Cave of the water curtain is currently closed for the visit due to safety reason. None the less still a trail worth the walk. It's been upgraded with proper walkway now, a torchlight is recommended.

Thru the Baiyang trail you can reach this spot the "Water curtain cave", but oftenly close due to rock falls on earthquake. So you may check on the english version offical website of Taroko gorge for lastest info. But the english version website as not...More

But Baiyang trail is very pretty, esp at the end where you see waterfalls. I think Baiyangtrail is the only thing to do in Tiamxiang. If you have a vehicle, checking out Wenshan hotspring is a good idea too.

Make sure to check the Taroko website for closures. Many are closed due to storm damage from this past year.

The cave is at the end of a trek called the Baynan trail. The trail starts with a tunnel in a covered part of the road. The parking area is about 50m ahead. After the long tunnel, you cross a river and walk slightly up,...More

Went there due to the fantastic reviews. To our disappointment, the road to the cave has collapsed. Only managed to go past the first tunnel. I would imagine this place being magical, but at this time I would not recommend the trip there.

Loved every minute of our trip here!!!!!! If you don't like getting wet or being in the dark then don't bother as you will get both. Wear suitable footwear (we managed in jandals/flipflops) or take your shoes off - they will get drenched - and...More

This waterfall is part of the Baiyang Trail. It takes about 2 hours for a round trip. The hike is pretty flat and easy. To enter the cave to see the water fall, a pair of water resistant shoes and jacket are recommended. Flashlight is...More

The road is an easy walk. There is some danger of falling rocks, it seems unstable at some places. The cave itself is dark, wet and slippery, but children will love it.
