These was my 2nd times to engaged Mr Zhang services as our private driver. Which was also my 3rd times travelling to Taiwan for these 3 years.
1st time engaged his service was in year 2015 which I found him not bad and he service was excellent.
2nd times in year 2016.
I did not engaged his service due to the number of pax I'm travelling. Which I regreted so much at that point of period.
3rd times in year 2017.
I decided to engage his service again although the number of pax I'm travelling is only 3 adults and 2 young children.
I paid more for his big vehicle but we enjoyed our trip so much. Thanks him for adding the colours for my trip in every single day. Really worth it!!! Trust me👍
With his driving skill we feel safe and I know that we are all in his good hand so if we gets tired we can rest as and when we like.
Thanks him for all his suggestion and bringing us around to all the amazing places.😄 He also surprised us by his own made video to let us have good memories with all our laughter.
I had never see my dad with his smile and laughter during these few years but during this trip I managed to see his happiness on his face.

Overall Taiwan is the food paradise country and the scenery very nice. The weather in spring, autumn pretty good and would recommend. I'd been to northern and southern of Taiwan. Every city is worth to go. City good for shopping Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, we also recommend to stay at QingJing, sun moon lake each place 1 nite. Do not passing this two places without staying u cannot see too much then. No doubts the hotel here quite costly but it's still worth to spend. We visited on nov2015 with my old parent and young children. We hire a van for 8 days 包车cum experienced driver for our trip. He caring to my parent. It's good to recommend hire small can if u r travel small group 2-6 persons rather then to join big bus tour wasting time. Holiday means happy. Great travel recommendations provided by Ben from roundTAIWANround travel agency in Taipei. It was a fabulous trip with Ben for discovering the south of Taiwan, especially in Kaohsiung. We had been to several interesting places not only for sightseeing in Kaohsiung such as Hongmaogang Cultural Park and Pier-2 Art Center, but also for amazing snorkeling in Little Liuqid Island that we even saw green sea turtles. Accommodations arranged by Ben were high quality at a very fair price and also with Kaohsiung’s features. I really enjoyed this wonderful trip and I am looking forward to taking their tour in Taiwan again.

I signed up for this tour to see the typical sites as described, particularly Jiufen and Shifen. However, Martin the tour guide decided to take us on a culinary side tour into the mountains to eat yummy noodles flavored with tea oil, nougat that had cicada in it, and Chinese tamale. These were all very good and I'm happy to have gotten a special off the beaten path itinerary! We did also ultimately go to Jiufen and Shifen toward the end of the tour, but I felt it was a bit rushed. I would have liked to have given time to myself to hang and shop around Jiufen. However, it was the last stop and we just basically walked through it. I was a bit disappointed. He had given us an hour at the Yehliu Geopark to ourselves, which we did not even want because it was so bloody hot at that time and there really wasn't much to see there. Hence, I would say although it is nice that he gave us a side tour, make sure your guests want to do those things but only AFTER you have taken them to where they want to go the most and ask where they want to get some personal time and how much time at each stop they want.

Thanks my guide Allie. He is so friendly and has good English. He has very nice and clean car toyota wish.Btw he really driving safety. He drives me and my friends to everywhere. We went to so much place and so enjoy! Hualien is really awesome! This is a place everyone need to go there once time in their life,but I promise I want and I will go there second time!!

We spent a month planning and customising our holiday with Judy. She was very helpful and patient. Communication is quick and clear. We have now planned the perfect holiday to see many beautiful places in Taiwan, and are very excited about it. Price is very reasonable. Round Taiwan Round was a pleasure to deal with, we'll highly recommend them to all our friends and family. :)

Had 3 days with James from round Taiwan round. Absolutely love his companion and knowledge. Really great guy and friendliness.
Bilingual and easy to engage. Although the weather was bad, he is flexible to change the itinerary to suit the weather.

Booked a cab service for my trip to keelong/jiufen/shifen area with Mr Yu, and it turned out to be a very pleasant one, like what others have described.
The vehicle that he drove is not like the common yellow cab that you seen around Taiwan, but it's a huge family car like. Very clean and well maintained.
Also, Mr Yu is very nice to call me and ensure my safety that I have reached back to my hotel, despite dropping me right at where I have stayed. Definitely, he is someone you should hire for service, whether you travel in groups or solo. Even though his pricing is on the higher end. But it is worth the price. You get what you pay for.
On the side note, Mr Yu is a really cool dude. Thumbs up for his great service and this trip with him is definitely worth the price! 😃👍👍👍 oh. And he responses pretty fast!

We really had a great time with our booked tour (Cingjing and Taipei). It's hassle-free and we could not be more happier that we found roundTaiwanround. Judy is very accommodating with our questions and the drivers (Mr. Chiu and Mr. Lee) are very helpful as well. They drive smoothly and safely. Although we did not understand Chinese, they tried their best to communicate to us. RoundTaiwanRound exceeded our expectation. Best day ever @ Taiwan because of them!

We recently booked a private tour with Round Taiwan to Jiufen Street - Sky Lantern based upon the trip advisor reviews. We could not be more happy with the tour and especially our tour guide, Mr. Soo. He went over and above our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and engaged, without being intrusive. A family man, he was amazing with our children and made sure they enjoyed the experience of the sites we were enjoying to the fullest.
He took several pictures during our tour and was kind enough to burn them on a CD and deliver them to our hotel the following day.
We loved Mr. Soo.
Today we booked a private tour through our five star hotel and we can honestly say that it did not come close to the wonderful day with Mr. Soo.
