Admittedly were lucky to be visiting during the Taiwan Biennale, which was superb. But putting aside the current major exhibition, the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is a great example of a public art space. In particular its permanent exhibitions on the third floor...More

Rotating exhibitions usually stay for 2-3 months. Typical displays often include paintings, sculpture and media art. Unlike Europe, entrance is free! The grounds outside are worth checking out. A variety of sculptures and visitor friendly landscaping make it a suitable place to spend an afternoon....More

I went there directly for visit Taiwan Biennial. The exhibition are very interesting and interactive with people. I can't get bored. The installation art in the park also nice. Watching sunset in the park there , very chill out.

Lots of interactive exhibits to wow the young and old alike. The sculpture park around the museum is also big enough to explore!

A good place to go for a walk and see many people and enjoy some special works of modern art. On holidays, there are very many visitors, but on the weekdays, you feel much free and enjoy without too many people around. Since no entrance...More

If you love fine arts and actually understand them, you will love this place. The exhibition changes regularly time after time, however some expositions may not be suitable for all, e.g. a huge photograph of the contents of toilet full of human excrements over a...More
