Small but cute, colourful and peaceful Not many tourists go there and I highly recommend to check it out: I loved the statues that decorate the place and the authentic atmosphere

This temple is near to the more famous Lungshan Temple but it is not as well known. It is much quieter here and the temple has 3 levels and many Taoist deities so it is quite interesting to explore.

A delightful, bright little temple tucked away between some very crumbly old buildings. Local people passing along the street stop and bow and make a quick prayer. Not grand or formal like the larger temples. There are large dressed statues inside as well as some...More

This is small but nice temple worth visiting while in Taipei. It's close to LONGSHAN TEMPLE but it's different and very quiet.

It's a small, quiet temple just a few hundred meters from Longshan temple. The wooden (?) statues fascinated me

Only a couple of minutes walk from Longshan Temple, this is a much smaller and quirkier temple. There were no other visitors while we visited, which allowed us to take our time and appreciate the numerous figures in the temple.

Only a few blocks away from Longshan, and definitely not on many travelers' radar yet. It looks very different from Longshan, and is much smaller. No crowds whatsoever, and the people at the temple allowed me to take photos. Keep in mind that no one...More

Not far north of Longshan, this is a much smaller, but nonetheless equally interesting temple. Tourists don't seem to have fully discovered it yet, so it's much easier to move around and there's a better sense of calm and tranquility. Like all temples in Taipei,...More
