Marker and crayon making!
Oct 2017 • Family
Went on a sunday afternoon. Firstly, it is situated in the industrial district, so it is best recommended to go with a car or taxi. Do take down the driver's contact so that you can call him to return to pick you up.

The majority of the crowd when we were there were locals. Admission is 200 NTD per pax, including children, but in return you can to DIY 3 markers, 2 crayons, play with non toxic water paint and hand art crayons.

This was the activity that my 3 year old daughter liked best and remember the best so it must be good.

Only drawback might be they only spoke in Mandarin, not sure if they have english speakers or not..

Crowded but fun
Jul 2017 • Family
We went there with our 2 year old, and was stunned at the crowd because it wasn't such an accessible place if you don't have a car. This is located at an industrial area. Entrance was NTD200 per adult, our 2 year old entered free. They give you NTD100 vouchers for each entrance ticket purchased that can be used to offset against purchases of certain merchandise. We enjoyed ourselves doing the 5 activities, but perhaps if the toddler is older she'd have appreciated it more.

Come here
Dec 2016 • Family
Initially we had reservations about whether this would be enjoyable. Verdict is we are glad we came here!

5 adults plus 1 two y.o. amazingly the adults really enjoyed themselves hahaha there's 5 activities to be done and they were all fun. And there's a shop for you to buy some products at the end.

Worth a visit! Glad we came here it was enjoyable!

Worth a visit if you have young kids!
Dec 2014 • Family
This is a gem especially if you were to visit Yilan with young kids (recommended aged 3 and above) during the monsoon season where you can seek refuge indoor.
The caveat is you have to understand and also be conversant in Mandarin. The entrance fee is NTD200 per person (children included) but the fee is fully redeemable against the choice of Lucky art merchandise available.

There are 5 DIY stations.
Please have your ticket on hand because the staff will mark against it before each DIY session.

1 - Colouring using the choice of crayons available with or without the patterned template

2 - Markers-making. 3 mini makers per person

3 & 4 - Crayons making with choice of designs and colours. 2 per ticket

5 - Body painting. The kids can choose to do the painting themselves or by the staff with choice of designs. We were SO impressed with the paintings done by the staff!!

Lastly, the kids get to "shop" and choose what they would like to bring home from the display of merchandise available (redeemed against the entrance fee and top-up if necessary).

My girls aged 3 & 6 had an absolute ball and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

DIY @ crayon factory
Mar 2014 • Family
Entrance fee is NTD200 per person. Free for those above 65 years old. There's 5 activities. The first is colouring. You think it's normal colouring but it uses a template with colour with crayon. Second is to make marker pen. Third is to choose template to imprint crayon. Fourth also same, choose template but we pressed the metal on our own. Lastly, it's body art. Meanwhile, we had fun with costume section. The children wore the various wigs, costumes, etc.
