It is located very close to Raohe Street Tourist Night Market. If you go there after the night market, you will probably visit it in the evening, but it was beautifully lit up. However, the weather was not so good, so there were no couples and it was quiet.

I happened to visit on the day they were setting up some event on the bridge. It was pretty chaotic with all the loudspeakers, cables, and lights covering the bridge, so I couldn't really appreciate its beauty. It was actually a random stop for me because I was originally headed to the Raohe Night Market, but I stumbled upon the bridge sign. The wind was strong and refreshing. Below the bridge is a riverside walkway along the Keelung River, where lots of people were out strolling or biking.

We happened on this pedestrian bridge crossing to Raohe night market, and were entranced by the beautiful lights and reflections in the river in both directions. Great spot to look out on the city. The quays look like a lovely walk as well.

An iconic look out over the river near the night market with lots of viewpoints. I came along at night for a stroll and was struck by how clean and peaceful it was.

After researching the Internet photos, studying earth maps, and finding the location of the “LOVE” sign, we decided to include this spot as part of our group tour.
The 6-feet high “LOVE” is located in front of the Rainbow Bridge (pedestrian) spanning the Keelung River. It is less than 4-minute walk from front entrance of the Raohe Street Night Market.
After taking over 1,300 photos on our 13-day trip through Taiwan, the favorite photograph was the one of our group standing at the “LOVE” sign with the changing multi-colored Rainbow Bridge in the background in the warm evening.
Coming halfway around the world from San Francisco, we stand next to the LOVE BRIDGE ... at the Rainbow Bridge.

Nice walk around the bridge to take photos with words like Love I heart you. Nothing else since the red bridge didn't light up when I was there.

I came here alone during the day and it was quiet and relaxing. It can be good for walking with family, friends or just some romantic time with your sweetie.
