Station is convenient for shopping

Songshan Station is on the MRT Wenhu (Brown) Line, it also a Taiwan Railways Station. It is a gateway to Taipei's Songshan Airport, which is an active medium-sized international airport. With typical Taiwan inventiveness, the underground tunnel has been turned into a busy shopping mall. As shopping is a typical recreation for many Taiwan young women, this is a smart move.

Station is useful way to get around

This station is a useful way to get around. Songshan Station is a Metro stop on the MRT Brown (Wenhu) line. It's also a Taiwan Railways Station. The station is a gateway to the Taipei Songshan Airport, which is still used for many short-haul flights. Taipei's young women can indulge their obession with shopping in the underground mall if they want to fill in time.

Well located station with plenty of amenities.

The station has all the amenities most travelers need -- from a staffed information booth (with some English speakers), to convenience stores, to luggage lockers, to baggage service, and ticketing. A shopping mall is above the concourse and track levels.

The little store that looks like an old railway coach is fun too.

Gateway to Raohe Night Market

This is the very last end of the train station line, and this is also one of the best way to get to Raohe Night Market. Wufenpu is also located nearby for cheap clothes.

easy to navigate and brings you to the doorstep of the Raohe night market... a must do market best to take the mrt, especially at peak hours. also cheap; get a token and wave it over the pad like a key card

Modern Station in a Good Location

This station is useful if you don't need to go all the way to Taipei Central Station. It is underground, but signs to the street level are well-displayed. There are some shops and dining in the train station center.

I have never eaten this kind of Toro Salmon in this cheap.

This station have some shops. And you can easily find this Kaiten Susi. I picked up obento here 3days. Some just waiting they open around 11am. I spend 80 and 120taiwan yen. Very cheap. I have never eaten salmon like this.

Love the efficiency

Took a train to Tianchung from Taipei and loved how clean and organized this station is. Designed to never feel too crowed and easy to get to the trains from the lower deck.
