建廟於清朝的清水嚴寺

社頭清水岩寺與南投縣的碧山岩、花壇的虎山岩，並稱為中部三大名岩。主要奉祀的是釋迦佛；彌陀佛；藥師佛和觀世音菩薩，還有地藏王菩薩。每年正月初五師父會抽三支國運籤，據說非常靈驗。

靜謐沒有太多喧鬧
親子同遊很推薦,可以參訪古蹟外又可以踏青。
沒有太多人潮,所以來到這裏真的可以好好放鬆身心

散步爬山的好地方

清水岩是有名的佛寺風景區，也是彰化的縣定古蹟之一，廟宇週邊環境很清幽靜雅，整體環境也相當的優美，很適合清閒的散步和發呆，附近停車也相當便利，還有多條的登山步道，可以一家大小走走散步相當的不錯。

風景明媚的聖地

這裡是好山好水的佛寺，主要是祭拜觀世音旁邊有很多特色的山丘，裡面的神像莊嚴，旁邊有兩顆大樹聽說是夫妻樹。

中部三大寺廟

清水岩寺是我從小到大最常去的名勝廟宇之ㄧ,我記得小時候只要出遠門家人及學校老師總是要帶我來祈求平安,社頭出好水,廟旁的甘露泉是民眾來清水岩爬山健走的伴手禮.......還是不用錢的,總是有許多登山客帶桶子來裝回家泡茶煮飯

環境清幽．心靜舒服的清水岩寺

清水岩寺位於彰化社頭，主祀釋迦牟尼佛與觀世音菩薩、普賢菩薩，
寺裡有中式庭院造景，小橋流水好不愜意，更有一口「甘露泉」，泉水清澈甘甜，據說喝了可以身體強壯，拿來泡茶都不會有茶垢喔～
寺廟後方還有一條挑鹽古道，是附近有名的登山步道。
