In Fengyuan, there are not many tourist attractions. Then, this is maybe the best one. I thought it is a museum, but actually it is a factory, which welcomes visitors. The staff is friendly, and the displays are informative. It is good for children.

The museum was once a major balloon factory in Taiwan. Due to the rise of the China as mega factory of the world, low end balloon manufacturing became very uncompetitive. Now the factory only manufactures high end and professional balloons and carves out a part...More

A great place to visit for families with young kids. But have to make a reservation online before you go. There will be a guided tour and a DIY ballon making class and you get to take back the balloons you made. I didn't know...More

A well organized exhibit. The balloon construction activity at the end was interesting. Wouldn't call it a museum though as it is more a historical display of one man's struggle to get rich in the balloon manufacturing business.

Great place to spend half a day with the kids. Guided tour to bring the family around and know how balloons are made. Never knew there were so many different types of balloons and why you should not inflate a balloon orally!
