I booked a 7-day tour service with Kevin for my parents, aunt and myself. Right at the very start of the correspondence, Kevin has been very professional and offered sound advice based on our stated preferences. He went down to the nitty gritty of details for transportation and directions, knowing that there were elderly people in the group and hence, he tried to make things as convenient as possible for us. He was also very prompt with his replies and his itinerary, accommodation recommendations, cost breakdown were all drafted with transparency.
Kevin is a very personable guide. He is by far one of the few I have come across who would speak with so much passion, fervour for the various sights he brought us to, totally infecting us with his love and pride for what his own country has to offer a traveller. What impressed my folks the most was how he really tried to accommodate to our requests as much as he can. He even went out of his way to locate shops which sold very specific items my folks were looking for. He introduced very interesting perspectives. This is my 3rd time to Taiwan but yet, I found myself understanding the history, culture and character of this country a lot more this time round.
If you are looking for a personal touch in your trip or something very different from the mass tours with highly commercialised itineraries, Kevin will be a very good choice for a guide.

Kevin was very prompt and helpful from the get go. He and two others showed up at my hotel 10 min early and even let us use their bikes, which were much better than the ones we had. I had a great time with Peter who has been an expat in Tainan for 20 years. We went on a beautiful and calm path to Anping and saw many temples and historical sites. Peter shared a lot of ineresting information about life in Taiwan as an expat and was very considerate. They went above and beyond our expectations and I can't recommend them enough.

We are glad to know that you had a joyful day in Anping, Taiwan. By exploring this historic town on bike, it gives us a rather different experience for we could actually get closer to the locals’ lives, seeing what they really see, stepping on their daily road and sensing the quaint atmosphere that never fades in this well preserved little harbor. That is our mission to show the real authenticity of a place for travelers around the world while safety is the first priority. Tainan is definitely an ideal place for bike lover because of its terrain and the perfect weather whole year round. Hope you enjoy the rest of the trip in Taiwan.

We had a two day Tainan tour with our guide Belinda. Belinda is definitely the best tour guide I had ever met! She was very friendly, very enthusiastic, and shared with us a lot of interesting things about Tainan. Unlike the usual tour, she introduced us many secret and great places in Tainan which I never heard of before. I would recommend this tour to every friends who are going to visit Tainan. Thanks to Belinda for her great guide. We really had a good time.

My family (a group of 5) went to Taiwan in July 2014 and Kevin helped us to plan our vacation trip. He was able to fit in many places from my "wish-list" into a well-customized one-day tour. He is knowledgeable and passionate in recommending great places to visit in the area. Major bonus points for being able to speak great English and Mandarin. Thanks for being an awesome guide.

We booked a food and bike tour of Tainan because we were celebrating American Thanksgiving and wanted a delicious Taiwanese substitute to a turkey dinner. We booked with Kevin and ended up having Jack as our tour guide.
Jack was great! He got us eating from two great stalls immediately, so we wasted no time on the food part of the tour. We rented some bikes and biked to Anping. Then we biked back to Tainan and Jack showed us around a temple before dinner. It was good to learn a bit about the temples. We had walked through some before but Jack explained in detail what it all meant.
I would recommend Kevin and Jack for any Taiwan tours. We were initially nervous because we booked/confirmed the tour a month before arriving and hadn't heard from Kevin, but he emailed us the day of the tour telling us that we were still on and Jack was there on time. Don't worry - that's just the Taiwanese way. Once you confirm with paperwork, you are good to go!

Kevin was easy to deal with using WhatsApp but very firm on pricing. The actual tour guide was another person but he was nice and polite. Arrived at our hotel almost one hour prior to our booking time. The 9 persons car was quite new and comfortable. He was very knowlegeable on all local attractions, and had tickets ready for us for those which need to pay admission. We covered many places during the day and as per the agreed itinerary. Highlight was the Green Tunnel boat ride (a must!). So beautiful and relaxing. Seafood place we were taken to lunch was just incredible perching right along the waters. Excellent value and so fresh. Looks high-end without the shock factor. All in all, a wonderful well planned trip. In hindsight, we should have used his service more. Thanks again Kevin!

My husband and I had a terrific tour with Kevin. He was attentive, perceptive, figure out what we liked and found experiences to suit us, and had a good sense of humor on top of it! We had experiences we never, ever could have had without a personal guide. He brought us to very small restaurants and helped us order- including a tofu factory/restaurant that specialized in tofu skin, a small tea shop, and many others. We went on bike rides, hiked, and over all had a terrific trip. Highly recommended.

Our hotel connected part of our group with Kevin for a weekend excursion to the mountains, and he was so good, they recommended him for our whole group the subsequent weekend. We asked him to show us the "local" Tainan. We started at Hai An Road, checking out the food stalls and back alleys. From there we wandered through several temples, both famous ones and more obscure. He took us to see artists hand-painting movie posters, and past other places with local history which we would otherwise never have encountered. Kevin's English is great and he showed personal interest in our group. When he learned I would be doing some cycling the next day, he dropped off a helmet at the hotel and suggested biking routes. As a group we enjoyed Kevin's company so much, we invited him to our final dinner in Tainan.

I was only in the city for 1 day, and hired Kevin as my friend for the day. He was great guide, and while he had a plan in mind, he always offered a few different options for the next activity to customize the tour to what I wanted to do.
Personally, it was difficult to trust someone with my entire day in a city. They really could have made or broken the experience. I'm happy to say that Kevin exceeded all expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking to experience any part of Taiwan. He's knowledgable, friendly, and easy to talk to.
Thanks Kevin!

Hi,
How much does it cost to go from Dengning Road , NCKU family housing to Guanziling Hotsprings and how much time does it take. Can some English Speaking Taxi operator take us there (back and forth). I am told that Ms Belinda can speak English very well.

Hi, we're a family of 4 (2 kids of 12 and 16). Can you organize a 2 day tour for us to Tainan and surroundings on 5 and 6 April. Some parts by bike would be fun and I heard about 'hot springs/spa' ?. We would arrive on 4th of April by train from Taipei and leave the 6th to Kaoshiung. Could you recommend a nice cozy typical hotel too ? Please let me know soon. Thanks, Philippe
