Don't miss the glass tunnel. Interesting with fantastic colors. Pity it's only a short tunnel (walk along for 30-45mins) but worth the unique experience! Glass museum was nice to visit with interesting designs.

Its an experience to remember. All the figures and items made of glass. A very long story telling glass painting on the side wall of temple is unique to see.

It's definitely interesting to see a temple made from glass, as it's certainly unique. But you really need to see it at night (or when it's dark) to get a real sense of it's creativity. If you do hang around until lights out, you're then stuck with a very expensive taxi ride back to Lugang and relying on staff in the gallery to arrange it for you. You can get here by bus during daylight, but even that's a chore. I'm not it's all that worth it in the end, although it's free to visit the temple & gallery itself. The lights at night are just flashing LED's, so not really all that thrilling when they are switched on, although the dragon light inside the temple is pretty special.

Originally thought the visit to here would be fairly run of the mill and boring, but was very surprised by the intricacy and beauty of some of the designs. On site demonstrations of the production of glass as well as interactive displays also make it suitable for the children. Can be included into a day trip to Lukang. A shop sells items at both ends of the price spectrum.

At an industrial park in Lukang. Transportation is a challenge and suggest to rent a car with driver. The Glass Mazu Temple is beautiful and where possible, it’s made / built with glass . There’s Lots of glass beads outside the temple grounds. The doors to the temple is amazing- inspect it closely. Do remember it’s a place of worship still and accord the respect as needed. Go in the morning before noon and the place will be pack with tour buses from 1 pm onwards. Next to the temple is the gallery. Souvenirs are affordable & reasonable. On the upper floors ; magnificent display of glass sculptures, figurines etc. There’s the bridge with koi pond, narrow alleys famous in Lukang, kaleidoscope, bamboo plant etc and the list goes on. A bit of a hassle due to transportation challenges but it’s a trip well worth to make.

The location in the middle of an industrial area is not the most convenient, so you'll need a taxi to get there. Nevertheless the exhibition (2nd floor) is free and interesting with many beautiful glass artifacts. The 1st floor has different glassware shops, including one for small decorative items and souvenirs which has original stuff at moderate prices. The glass mazu temple next to the main building is not exceptional but lovely and original as well.

Not too bad. Took the family, including my 2 yr old son, and everyone had a good time. The temple next door was really nice as well. Definitely worth a visit of you are in the area. Only negative is that it's a bit out of the way from anything else.

The Glass Maze is just amazing. Both Golden Tunnel and the Sea Tunnel are fascinating for all ages to visit. Make sure you put on gloves for touching the glass wall as you are inside the maze. It can be very confusing and might knock against the glass wall. For those who want to acquire traditional Chinese gifts, this is probably the best choice here. The glass handicrafts are excellent and prices are reasonable.

It looks like a special shopping mall where only sells products making from glass. Coming there u will see beautiful glass things, and directly watch how they make glass bamboo, amazing.
The next place is the sea glass maze which 100NT ticket. The maze is amazing which light, glass, and painting. After u finish the trip u will get one glass cup free and one flip flops free. Haha so nice! The Glass Temple is near Taiwan Glass Gallery. Its also a nice place.!!!
