A cultural museum located right next to Deyue Tower, is a place you could learn more about the wind lions (Shisa or guidance lions) which are very commonly seen around Kinmen. There is a milk tea shop selling several interestingly named Taiwanese milk teas, e.g. Mo Ze'dong milk tea and Chiang Kai-shek milk tea (but I am not sure what the difference is). It's good place a take short break after wandering Shui'tou neighbourhood.
