This pagoda seems to be a rather important landmark for Jinmen, but for those used to seeing Pagodas in China/Taiwan, this tiny structure will be quite a disappointment. I did not give this attraction a lower rating because the views of the beach and nearby hills are actually very beautiful (on the upper level behind the pagoda, walking west). Plus, it's free and it's an easy bike stop between Shuitou and Zhaishan Tunnel.
