Top notch tour guide in Allen. He was suffering from a mountaineering trek he had done two days before, but he still struggled through and pulled it off. Amazing amount of knowledge about the local geology and flora, as well as a very well rounded historical thread to weave about the Taroko people and the history of the gorge. We would definitely recommend the company and Allen in particular. In terms of responsiveness: we found their brochure in our hotel lobby at 5pm, emailed them at 5:30, and were booked and settled by 6pm. Super easy to work with, and accepted payment via PayPal (5% surcharge).…

I’m soo happy that I chose this tour. Allen was a great guide and made sure we saw all of the main sites. He even stopped by Qixingtan Beach and made sure we took the pictures we needed! Having a small group was also convenient.

We had outlr Better Taroko Gorge Tour plus Add on Atv tour. It is so amazing and fantastic. We had a very accomodating tour guide (Sir Allen), he speaks English very well and explained everything clearly. We recommend Island Life Tour

Excellent experience, front to back. Booking was easy, including our Q&A with management.
