My wife and I attended the Vienna Boys'Choir concert here, and we quite enjoyed the performance and the facilities. The facilities were clean, and we had decent leg room. The seats were relatively comfortable as well. The Center has a coffee shop available as well with reasonably priced coffee, soda, and snacks.

I visited during an exhibition of photos depicting the Taiwanese Resistance against Japan. It was a little disappointing to me, with too many portraits. Still, they can only display what they're given. The centre is close to Hsinchu train station and city centre, but also has it's own small car park (which had plenty of empty spaces when I visited). The staff were friendly.
