Not sure of the reason why, but when I visited at the end of April this place was entirely enclosed by scaffolding and as such it wasn't possible to get a good view of the structure. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!

You need to apply for a photo pass in order to take photos of this place. It's a beautiful library and a nice photostop. Bathrooms are super small though.

This library is LEED-certified. Sits in a lovely location along the river. Wonderful outdoor spaces (balconies) with chairs for relaxing and reading. Free wifi is a bonus. Located near the Beitou Hot Springs Museum.

Hmm I don't remember exactly because I was there very briefly. You should email the library directly l11@email.tpml.edu.tw I emailed them beforehand in English to ask about their hours during Chinese New Year and direction... More
