Stopped by here in the early afternoon on a tour with my driver. The beach is accessed via steep steps through a rock crevice, but the climb down is well worth it. This is a spectacular beach with great sand and a great view. This was a popular spot the day I dropped by. Cold drinks are available. There seemed... More

We visited Padang spading beach at low tide so it was quite intimate. It felt private almost; stunning views, calm waters, areas for shade as well as sunbathing and only a couple of local food stalls. The monkeys are very cheeky so be careful of your bags when sunbathing - they will open zips!

Easy to reach, has wide parking lot. We have to walk down tiny stair between the cliff and beware of the cute monkey around. Beautiful beach to enjoy.

Was able to have a decent swim although there are a number of large rocks in the water that you need to watch for. Ate at one of the beach warungs - had good fried noodles and the large Bintang at 40k seemed reasonable too. There are a few stairs to go down but it's worth it!

Swimming is impossible because of the rocky and slippery sea bottom but the beach and the view are amazing. 147 steps, get you to the beach. At the bottom of the stair there are sunbeds to rent, two restaurants and facilities. If you want a more private spot, go ahead on the right. The sand is coral, white and quite... More

What a great beach to find after descending down a narrow space between mighty rock walls. The monkeys were cute too! The beach itself was crowded but the water was warm, clean and gentle surf. We found a cave that we could swim too!! Worth a visit if you are in Padang Padang

This was truly amazing as you leave the car park and walk down lots of steps, through rock faces and then end up on a gorgeous surf beach. Although this was small, it was a beautiful place to set up your towel and go for a swim. You can get food and drinks from the various vendors on the beach... More

Great for begginer surfers and paddleboarding! a More quiet area with great sandy swimming opportunity. The beach isnt the longest around but just as beautiful or even more beautiful then the busier places. Be Aware of tides! had our stuff almost washed away with the incoming water, but thankfully the local lifeguard saved it haha

Good surf beach for beginners and upwards. Cool steps down through cliff. Not great beach for just hanging out as it's small so very crowded.
